After receiving feedback from the community, the City of Hopkinsville unveiled its new marketing logo on Monday.
The logo creation process began in August and on November 15 the public was asked to weigh in and pick between two options. The chosen logo will be available in a blue and green colorway and an orange and green colorway.
According to a news release, the logo will serve as fresh and modern representation of Hopkinsville for marketing and branding purposes. The city seal will still be used in formal capacities.
Hopkinsville Mayor J.R. Knight thanked the design committee and the local graphic designer who created a logo that represents the character and pride of Hopkinsville as well as those who offered their feedback and voted. Â Â
