Following investigation in a shooting incident that sent a man to a Nashville hospital for treatment early Sunday morning, one person is in custody, with additional arrests possible.
In an update from Christian County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer John Godsey, after interviewing multiple witnesses from the house party in the 6900 block of Madisonville Road and reviewing video footage, deputies arrested 19-year-old Kaiden Robinson of Central City. He is charged with several counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence.
The man injured in the shooting has been identified as 19-year-old Joshua Morris of Princeton. He remains in the hospital receiving treatment.
The shooting happened at roughly 2 a.m. and deputies responded to discover Morris, who was suffering with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. Several vehicles were also struck by gunfire.
