CCSO arrests pair for drug charges following traffic stop

During a traffic stop, 33-year-old Kenneth Fornof of Dover, Tennessee and 25-year-old Valentina Soto were arrested when law enforcement found that the pair possessed drugs and multiple firearms on Monday.

According to a report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Office, the pair were pulled over for excessive window tint while traveling south on Fort Campbell Boulevard near Clinic Drive. After making contact with the pair, Fornoff reportedly admitted that he was on parole and the car was uninsured.

While searching the car, deputies reportedly found a lock box containing a large sum of cash; a Narcan container; six firearms and a suitcase containing, methamphetamine, cocaine, empty bags and a digital scale.

Then in a bag belonging to Soto, deputies reportedly found methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Fornof was charged with trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a handgun and firearm by a convicted felon, using restricted ammunition during a felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, excessive window tinting and failure to maintain required insurance.

Then Soto was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
