Three students from Christian County Public Schools have been selected to attend the 2025 Governor’s School of the Arts (GSA), which recognizes students for their talent and dedication to the fine arts.
GSA is a prestigious three week summer program designed for high school students who excel in the arts. This year, Sophia Wilson from Christian County High School and Alexander Rogers and Barrett Wittenburg from Hopkinsville High school were selected to attend the program.
Superintendent Chris Bentzel commented on the announcement expressing his pride in the students and their achievements. He adds that this will be a great opportunity for the students to explore and showcase the talents they have developed at CCPS.
