The Christian County High School wrestling team had a pair of champions at Saturday’s King of the Bluegrass tournament in Lexington.
Kevondre Young won the 126-pound championship and Tay Martinez took home the 165-pound title for the Colonels, who took fourth place as a team in the prestigious event.
Dane Miller earned a silver medal in the 144-pound division.
Malachi James (106 pounds) and Treshawn Crenshaw (Heavyweight) both took fourth place.
Markee Atwell (138 pounds) and DeAsian Harris (175) finished fifth and Paul Abren (144) earned a sixth-place finish.
Deacon Harrison (150 pounds) and Iyobosa Ogbes (157) finished seventh.
