Community theater company, Campanile Productions is inviting the community to the historic Alhambra Theatre for their production of, “The Wizard of Oz” in October.
Campanile will be retelling the tale of Dorothy Gale who traveled from Kansas to the land of Oz. In a news release, the production company says the show will include plenty of special effects and will be a great show for those of all ages.
Campanile encourages attendees to dress up as their favorite “Wizard of Oz” character or as a flashy citizen from the land of Oz or Emerald City. Campanile Director, Jeff Riggs says he wants attendees to have fun, be creative, make memories and enjoy the show.
Three evening and two matinee showings will be hosted at the Alhambra from October 17 to October 20. Tickets are available now at campanileproductions.com.
