Chloe Almy had four hits and drove in four runs to lead visiting Christian County to an 8-5 high school softball win over Calloway County.
Calloway County scored two runs in the first inning and led 2-1 after three frames.
Christian County took a 3-2 lead in the top of the fourth, but the Lady Lakers scored a run to tie the game at 3-3 in the bottom of the fourth.
Christian County grabbed a 4-3 lead in the top of the fifth and Calloway looked to have control of the game with two runs in the bottom of the sixth for a 5-4 advantage.
But the Lady Colonels would score four runs in the top of the seventh inning using four hits. The big blow was a two-run triple by Jayda Turner. That came after a run-scoring double by Alondra Rodriguez and an RBI-single by Almy.
Alexis Epps, Rodriguez, and Jayda Turner each had two hits for the Lady Colonels (7-3-1).
Alyssa Petterson earned the pitching win.
The Lady Colonels are scheduled to play Taylor County on Friday in Lexington.
