Grand jury returns indictments for rape, burglary

A Christian County Grand Jury returned several indictments Friday, including for rape, burglary and theft.

Indicted for first-degree rape is 21-year-old Jacoreyon Sivils of Hopkinsville, who is accused of using force to have sexual intercourse with a victim around December 23 of 2023 in Christian County. 

Indicted for second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief is 48-year-old Tosha Harris of Hopkinsville, who allegedly entered a residence without permission in December and caused damage to the property.

Thirty-year-old Charles McCord, 33-year-old Christopher Powell, 48-year-old Marla Reed and 54-year-old Curtis Killebrew were all indicted on charges of complicity to second-degree burglary in connection with a break-in at a residence on Western Hills Boulevard in January.

Indicted for third-degree burglary and theft by unlawful taking is 33-year-old Gregory Williams of Hopkinsville, by allegedly unlawfully entering Wal-Mart in January and stealing merchandise.
