Hopkinsville Police arrested 44-year-old Terrance Christian of Hopkinsville on Wednesday for the murder of 34-year-old Clifford Barber of Bowling Green.
Early Tuesday morning, law enforcement and first responders were called to the area of Westside Park for reports of a person floating in the water. The person was later identified as Barber, and investigators found that he reportedly suffered gunshot wounds to his torso.
The investigation continues and no further information is available.
