Oak Grove is always gearing up to celebrate and have a good time, and on July 25, folks are invited back for the return of the Kentucky Bands, Bourbon and Wine Festival.
It was take place from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. July 25 at the War Memorial Walking Trail Park, located at 101 Walter Garrett Lane, where admission and parking are free. Now in it’s fourth year, the Kentucky Bands, Bourbon and Wine Festival showcases some of the state’s finest breweries and distilleries.
Along with the beverages, there will be food on hand, live music and entertainment—including the Bourbon and Brakes Car Show—and shop unique local vendors. The car show will feature classic cars, custom vehicles and specialty rides.
Folks are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs and enjoy the festivities, though they do ask that you leave the pets and outside alcohol at home.
Tourism Executive Director Traci Cunningham says, “The Kentucky Bands, Bourbon & Wine Festival continues to grow every year and has become one of our most anticipated summer events. Whether you’re a bourbon enthusiast, a wine lover, a music fan, a car enthusiast, or simply seeking a fun day with friends and family, this festival offers something for everyone.”
