Head’s up drivers of U.S. 41-A in Madisonville—a lane restriction has been set in connection to the ongoing widening project in the area of Yorkwood Place.
Specifically, all traffic is being shifted one lane to the south between Yorkwood Place and PeeWee Lake Road on U.S. 41-A. This shift is needed so the contractor can begin construction of the connection between the current configuration of 41-A and the new lanes under construction.
This lane shift is expected to be in palace until traffic is fully diverted onto the new road later this summer.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of the year, weather permitting.
