Christian County High School’s track teams were on full display Saturday at the Daviess County Invitational in Owensboro.
The Colonels finished fourth in the meet and were led by Satona Bailey, who claimed victories in the 100- and 200-meter dashes with times of 10.80 and 22.42 seconds, respectively.
Daviess County won the meet with 139 points, followed by Hopkinsville (128), and Evansville Harrison (78). The Colonels had 72.
The Lady Colonels didn’t have any individual winners but had a good team effort to take fifth out of 13 teams with 71.
Owensboro won the girls’ meet with 146 points, followed by Daviess County (138), Hopkinsville (95) and Marshall County (81).
