Hopkinsville Police arrested of Sonny Williams of Texas after he reportedly assaulted a woman Saturday night.
Officers responded to a residence on South Virginia Street and found that Williams reportedly caused serious physical injury to a female victim.
Williams allegedly punched the victim in the head, resulting in severe swelling and minor bleeding. He also reportedly damaged the victim’s prescription glasses and broke her iPhone.
Williams was charged with second-degree assault and first-degree criminal mischief.
