The Christian County Sheriff’s Department is investigating after a man was injured while deputies were attempting to serve an arrest warrant.
According to CCSO, deputies were in the area of the 12000 block of Antioch Road, attempting to locate a male suspect who had an active warrant out for his arrest. While searching for the suspect, he reportedly sustained a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
He was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries. His current status is unknown.
