The Clarksville Police Department has identified the three individuals killed when a tornado struck the city Saturday afternoon.
Clarksville police say it is with a heavy heart that they identify the victims as 10-year-old Arlan Coty of Clarksville, 34-year-old Stephen Hayes of Clarksville and 59-year-old Donna Allen of Florida as the three who were killed when an EF-3 tornado touched down on the northside of Clarksville.
That tornado—which would eventually move into Todd County, causing damages there but thankfully no loss of life—was rated as an EF-3 by the National Weather Service in Nashville.
