Greenville man charged in abuse of seven-month-old child

After a seven-month-old infant in Greenville was treated for serious injuries in early September, it sparked an investigation and has now led to an arrest.

According to Kentucky State Police, the investigation began on September 6 when KSP was informed by Child Protective Services that a seven-month-old was being treated for multiple, serious injuries.

A thorough investigation resulted in a warrant being issued for 23-year-old Tristan Bolton of Greenville, who was taken into custody on a charge of first-degree criminal abuse.  He would later be indicted by a grand jury for the same count.
