According to a post from the school, University Heights Academy boys’ soccer coach Josh Nichols was named the Region 2 Coach of the Year by the Kentucky High School Coaches Association. Nichols led the Blazers to the Region 2 championship and an 18-7 record this season.
Meanwhile, senior Clayton Lester was named the Region 2 Defensive Player of the Year.
