Former University Heights Academy cross country runner Cole Glover has been named the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Runner of the Week following a record-breaking performance at the Greenville Classic.
Glover, a freshman at Eureka College, set a new school record with a time of 26:18.29 in the 8K. The time also stands as the top 8K time in the SLIAC this season by nearly 30 seconds.
Glover’s performance led Eureka to a second-place finish in the event.
