It was a tough way to end their final regular season in school history as the Christian County Colonels were blanked 8-0 by visiting Calloway County Thursday night in a boys’ high school soccer match.
The Colonels finish the regular season with a 2-12 record.
Christian County will open the District 8 Tournament at 9 a.m. Saturday against Heritage Christian Academy at the Stadium of Champions. The winner will advance to play top seed Hopkinsville at 7 p.m. Tuesday night.
