The Hopkinsville Tigers celebrated Senior Night by trouncing Muhlenberg County 6-0 Monday night in a boys’ high school soccer match at the Stadium of Champions.
The Tigers were in control of the match from the beginning.
Senior Alex Ramirez had a pair of goals to lead Hoptown, which won for the fifth time in six games. Jason Macario added a goal and two assists.
Ethan Fabian had a goal and an assist and Erick Hernandez and Ayden Brison each had a goal.
Hopkinsville improved to 9-5-1 on the season and will play its final regular season soccer match in school history tonight at home against Mayfield. Hoptown will consolidate with Christian County next fall to make the Christian County Tigers.
