Ward 9 Hopkinsville City Council member Jaime Lienberger was arrested Thursday on strength of a complaint warrant by the Hopkinsville Police Department.
Hopkinsville police officials confirmed Lienberger was served a complaint warrant for one charge of tampering with a witness, which is a felony. The Oak Grove Police Department is conducting the investigation in the case.
