University Heights Academy’s golf team took seventh place out of 15 teams at the Hopkinsville Golf and Country Club Invitational on Thursday.
The Blazers shot a team score of 322 and were led by Hayden Hunt’s 76.
Cal Givens and Courtland Gibson each had a nice round as both finished the day with an 81.
Hugh Sisk carded an 84 and Nash McAfee finished at 100.
McCracken County won the event with a 294 and Marshall County was second with a 299.
Marshall County’s Ryan Stokes was the individual low medalist with a 69.
