The Hopkinsville Tigers’ golf team got a strong performance from Ryan Martin and Henry Riggs and finished seventh out of 17 teams in the Marshall County Invitational Golf Tournament on Tuesday.
Martin and Riggs both shot an 81 to pace the Tigers, who had a team score of 335.
Isaiah Wood finished with an 85 and Sam Riggs had an 88. Matt Baker also played for Hoptown and had a 90.
McCracken County won the tournament with a 287, followed by Marshall County with a 300 and Murray at 307.
McCracken County’s Evan Hack and Marshall County’s Ryan Stokes both had the low score of 71.
