The Hoptown Hoppers complete their five-game homestand tonight against the Madisonville Miners at Christian County High School’s Colonel Field.
The Hoppers enter tonight’s game with an 11-18 record and sit in fifth place in the OVL standings. The Miners are 10-20 and are in sixth place in the standings.
The two teams have split their six meetings so far this season.
Hoptown’s Konner Scheidt has a five-game hitting streak entering tonight’s game.
The Hoppers’ game Monday night against Henderson was halted in the sixth inning by weather. No date has been determined when that game will resume.
Tonight’s game is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. with airtime set for 6:15 p.m. on 95.3 the Farm and 953thefarm.com.
