Hoppers ready for home ‘white out’ game tonight

The Hoptown Hoppers will open up their home portion of the 2025 schedule tonight against the Full Count Rhythm at 6:30 p.m. at the Christian County High School Field.

Over the weekend, the Hoppers lost their opener 17-7 against Henderson Saturday and 5-3 to Madisonville on Sunday. Full Count enters tonight’s game with a 2-0 record after wins against Fulton and Henderson.

It’s a “White Out” for fans, who are asked to wear white shirts to the game.

Hoppers Head Coach Chris Benne said his team is excited about the chance to play in front of the home crowd.

Hoppers’ fans wondering what kind of team they will be seeing this summer, Benne says they can expect a good combination of power and speed.

The Hoppers also hope to rely on a pitching staff that Benne thinks can be “elite” in the league.

First pitch for tonight’s game is set for 6:30 p.m. and airtime for the pregame will be at 6:15 p.m. on 95.3 The Farm and 953thefarm.com.
