Two people were killed in a vehicle versus motorcycle collision Sunday afternoon on Russellville Road.
According to the Hopkinsville Fire Department, it happened at approximately 5:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Russellville Road when a passenger car and a motorcycle carrying two adults, collided. The two on the motorcycle, were pronounced deceased at the scene by the Christian County Coroner.
Christian County Coroner Scott Daniel has identified the victims as 56-year-old Shannon Craig of Oak Grove and 38-year-old Joshua Craig of Hopkinsville–mother and son.
Law enforcement continues to investigate the scene and the circumstances of the collision.
