A Cadiz man wanted for murder out of Marshall County has turned himself in.
According to Kentucky State Police, 48-year-old Claude Russell of Cadiz is facing a murder charge in the death of Lia Thompson, who was found deceased inside of her home in Marshall County in March.
Following an investigation, evidence was presented to the Marshall County Grand Jury on April 17 that resulted in a warrant being issued for Russell’s arrest.
Russell turned himself in on April 18 to the Trigg County Sheriff’s Department, and is now lodged in the Marshall County Jail.
