Details have been released on a two-vehicle collision on Pembroke Road Monday morning that sent a Cadiz woman to a Nashville hospital for treatment of severe injuries.
According to the report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, a vehicle operated by 24-year-old Mackenzie Wallace of Cadiz was heading east and a concrete truck driven by 38-year-old Kevin Hestand of Cadiz was heading west on Pembroke Road around 8 a.m. Monday.
Wallace’s vehicle reportedly crossed the center line for an unknown reason, sideswiping the truck, which caused her to leave the roadway and overturn.
