Heritage Christian Academy senior guard Jason Leek will be honored by the Lions Eye Foundation as the state’s leading scorer for 2024-25 during the ceremony for Kentucky Mr. and Miss Basketball on March 16.
Leek led the state in scoring at 34.5 points per game this season and scored more than 2,500 points in his career with the Warriors.
Maggie Simons, of Nicholas County, was the girls’ leading scorer at 30.8 points per game.
