A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for wanton endangerment, fleeing and assault related crimes on Friday.
Thirty-eight-year-old Chad Page of Clarksville was arrested after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit while under the influence in late November. Page was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment, two counts of fleeing from police, resisting arrest, operating a vehicle while under the influence, reckless driving and other traffic offenses.
Thirty-nine-year-old Deovonte Wolterding of St. Louis, Missouri face a slew of charges after he reportedly led law enforcement on a pursuit in November. Wolterding was indicted for two counts of fleeing or evading police, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, third-degree assault of a police officer, operating a vehicle under the influence, reckless driving and many other traffic offenses.
Twenty-eight-year-old Timothy Jenkins of Hopkinsville was arrested after he reportedly assaulted two people at Christian County Manor on August 22. Jenkins was indicted for second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, third-degree terroristic threatening and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Thirty-eight-year-old Crystal Bohonis of Hopkinsville was arrested after law enforcement searched her residence on November 27 and reportedly found controlled substances. Bohonis was indicted for three counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Forty-four-year-old Tinitra Kelly of Oak Grove was arrested in late September after was reportedly pulled over for operating a vehicle under the influence and was found to be in possession of drugs. Kelly was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle under the influence, tampering with physical evidence, reckless driving and other traffic offenses.
