Hopkinsville native competing in Ky. Miss Pre-Teen Pageant this weekend

Hopkinsville will have representation at the 2024 Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair Pageant this weekend, as Bristol Hale of Hopkinsville is set to compete for the state title.

The daughter of Chea and Courtney Hale, Bristol Hale was named the Pre-Teen Miss Western Kentucky State Fair earlier this year—now, she’ll be participating in her interviews Friday night and continuing the pageant process Saturday in Louisville at the state level.

The Miss Pre-Teen Kentucky County Fair Pageant is held each October as a part of the association’s fall conference.

To compete on the local level, contestants must be 8 years of age on June 30 and cannot be 13 on October 31 of the year when the local pageant is held.

Hale will be competing against 75 other contestants, including Mallee-Jayde Roberts from Hopkins County, Ava Cecil of Muhlenberg County and Nore Hendrickson of Livingston County.
