A Christian County Grand Jury issued indictments for wanton endangerment, drug trafficking and abuse related crimes on Friday.
Paul Sierra, age 39 of Hopkinsville, was indicted for first-degree wanton endangerment, third-degree terroristic threatening and third-degree resisting arrest after he threatened to blow up house on June 9.
According to a report from the Hopkinsville Police Department, Sierra threatened to blow up his mother’s house and closed himself in a bathroom, turned on the heater and was found with a lighter and piece of paper in his possession. Â
David Colgin, age 36 of Hopkinsville, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, operating a vehicle on a suspended license, failure to maintain required insurance and failure to signal after police performed a traffic stop on his vehicle and he and was reportedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine in July.
Amanda Briones, age 34 of Hopkinsville, was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. On July 9 Briones was reportedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine after she was the passenger in a stolen vehicle.
Racheal Nichols, age 28 of Clarksville, was indicted on multiple charges after police reportedly performed a traffic stop on her vehicle and found her to be in possession of methamphetamine on July 9. Nichols was charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, two counts of first-degree drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to maintain required insurance and failure to signal.
Jasmine Bartolo, age 25 of Hopkinsville, was indicted on drug and abuse related charges after one-year-old in her care reportedly overdosed on drugs. Bartolo was charged with second-degree criminal abuse of a child under 12 years of age, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana while armed and four counts of first-degree wanton endangerment.
Keneeka Poindexter, age 30 of Hopkinsville, was indicted on three counts of abandonment of a minor on July 2 after a complaint warrant was issued by Christian County District Court Judge J. Foster Cotthoff.
