Two Hopkinsville residents were injured in a single-vehicle motorcycle crash Saturday on Lester Road near Petite Lane.
According to the Christian County Sheriff’s Department report, a motorcycle driven by 36-year-old Logan Miller of Hopkinsville was heading east bound on Lester Road heading towards the intersection of Petite Lane, when he reportedly failed to navigate the curve due to speed.
The motorcycle fell onto its side and slid down the road for about 25 feet before dropping off the road and traveling around 210 feet in the grass before coming to a stop.
Miller and a passenger, 43-year-old Tanya Ewing of Hopkinsville, were separated from the motorcycle and were found laying in the grass. They were both transported to local hospitals for treatment of injuries.
